These terms apply when you order from AQ Nuts through aqnuts.com, WhatsApp or phone.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Every order is confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before it is packed.
We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price shown was clearly wrong, or we cannot reach you to confirm.

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include packing.
Prices of dry fruits change with the market. The price confirmed with your order is the price you pay.

Cash on delivery anywhere in Pakistan, or bank transfer to our Faysal Bank account.
Bank transfer orders are dispatched once the payment reaches our account.

Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Pakistan.
Orders usually arrive in 2–5 working days after confirmation. Times are estimates and can be affected by the courier, weather or public holidays.
Please check your parcel when it arrives.

Dry fruits are natural products. Size, colour and taste can vary slightly between batches. Product photos are for illustration.

Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded if reported within 48 hours. See our Returns & refunds policy.

Wholesale and custom orders are quoted separately. The quote confirmed with you sets the price, quantity, packing and delivery terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
